Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a global retailer to recruit a commercially minded and detail-oriented FP&A Manager who is keen to work in a broad role owning the group budget, forecast and articulating the business performance to the board.

FP&A Manager : Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid) : £65,000pa to £75,000pa plus great benefits and dynamic working

Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider business functions, the Key Duties of the role include:
* Lead the business forecasting and long-term planning processes
* Build and maintain the corporate modelling
* Build a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind the Group’s performance
* Analyse business performance and the modelling of ad hoc scenarios
* Collaborate with the local finance teams to share knowledge across the Group and challenge on KPIs
* Support the Group Financial Controller on ad hoc matters as required
* Lead team to deliver month end responsibilities including period end close, balance sheet management

Ideal candidate profile:
* Qualified accountant, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
* Proven track record in FP&A along with extensive Microsoft Excel skills
* Proactive approach, working on own initiative with ability to plan and manage own workload
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively tell a strategic story
