Leading UK bank is looking to hire an innovative and transformational Senior Compliance Manager who will be a key member of a team supporting the bank to adhere with all core regulatory requirements. Your commitment to deliver the best customer outcomes in line with the bank’s digitisation strategy is key to this role.
As Manager Digital & Distribution, you will be supporting the head of function with your in-depth retail compliance experience and proactively working with business executives to develop new opportunities to better meet customer’s needs.

Must have working knowledge of digital and mobile customer journeys and the psychology behind making commercial and economic decisions.
* Able to provide challenge and advice to platforms e.g. Consumer Servicing and Colleague Channels Platforms.
* Knowledge of RegTech and has utilised technology and data led solutions to deliver enhanced consumer outcomes.
* Contribute to the development of group-level policy and setting risk-appetite.
* Evidence of demonstrating good and timely decision making that keeps the organisation moving forward
* Ability to understand business strategy and opportunity risks.
