My West Berkshire based Construction and Design Client are specialists in all stages of the construction process. They are urgently looking for a Project Manager to join their existing team.
As a company they cover both commercial and residential projects however this role will be predominantly focused on high-end residential. Projects will include a wide variety of scopes including: New build / demolition / pre-construction / extensions / renovations.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience working on high-end residential projects
- Handled the full project lifecycle from design to completion
- Knowledge/experience of managing JCT contracts
- A qualification in an engineering/construction subject is a bonus but not essential
- A driving license
