Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking a Customer Retentions Executive to join their team.
Working as part of a team whose focus is on customer retention, this role will involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that customers are offered a choice of options.
Specific responsibilities will include:
* Managing and retaining a portfolio of customers who are at the end of their contracts
* Exploring products available to these customers to retain their custom
* Proactively contacting customers who have indicated that they wish to end their contracts
* Providing new quotations
* Liaising with third parties
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a proactive, customer focused role, ideally Sales or Retentions
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Target driven with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Highly motivated
* Attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office suite
