Payrate- £11.80ph
Hours- Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Monday-Friday rotating shift pattern
8.30am-4.30pm
9.30am-5.30pm
10.00am-6.00pm
Are you looking for a new opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, responsible for handling and dispatching customer orders? Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry are seeking a Despatch Operative to join their team
As a Despatch Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
* Handling, packing, palletizing, and stretch wrapping customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Order picking from floor level pick points.
* Operating various lifting and handling equipment, such as power pallet trucks and hand pallet trucks.
* Maintaining inventory accuracy using Inventory Management systems.
* Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and adherence to recycling initiatives.
* Working effectively and safely in line with all health and safety regulations.
* Undertaking any other duties within the role as assigned by supervisors and managers.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
