The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have the ability to manage their workload independently. Day to day of the role: * Process and submit new business, adhering to the new business workflow
* Handle Letters of Authority and gather required plan details for research and analysis
* Welcome clients, answer enquiries, and manage incoming communication effectively
* Conduct portfolio rebalancing, including buying and selling
* Process client withdrawals and contributions accurately, monitoring them through to completion
* Prepare client packs for Annual Review meetings and execute post-meeting tasks
* Write basic Suitability Reports
* Complete research for new business cases, focusing on fund and cost analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum of two years’ experience as an IFA Administrator
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage a personal workload
* Progress towards or completion of R0 qualifications is highly desirable
* Experience with financial platforms such as Intelliflo, A J Bell, Transact, Royal London, Canada Life International, and FE Analytics
