This store operates 4am-9pm operating hours, so flexibility to cover shifts across these times is necessary.

A day in the life:
* As assistant store manager you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do whilst creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand.
* Be dynamic and influential- enhance the customer experience to increase revenue.
* Support and develop your team whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout the store.
* The assistant store manager will lead by example and bring your team with you- demonstrate exceptional standards maintain the integrity of the brand.
* Use what you’ve got- analyse data given, refer to retail and company strategy, use local/ industry knowledge and commercial creativity to hit ad exceed KPI targets and store performance.
Skills required:
* Strong management experience in clothing retail.
* Experience tracking P&L and KPI’s.
* Experience training and developing team.
