Job Description:
Reed Business Support is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based business in their search for a Lettings Maintenance Manager for their busy office.
This is a permanent role
100% office based
£21,000 - £24,000
The successful Lettings Maintenance Manager will ideally have 6 months + lettings/property administration and customer service experience in a busy and fast paced office.
Typical duties include:
* Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries and complaints
* Liaising with third parties in relation to requests, answering calls and other administration work
* Arranging viewings with prospective & existing tenants, landlords and conduct viewings
* Greeting customers to the office, registering prospective customers, arranging appointments
* Issuing work orders, entering invoices onto the system
* Carrying out quarterly inspections on managed properties
Ideally you will have:
* Strong IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel & Outlook)
* Good administration skills
* First class interpersonal /communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* A warm and friendly demeanour
* The ability to multitask
