Job Description:
As a Business & IT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, fostering their interest and understanding in both business and information technology. You will design and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business and IT.
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
* Participate in professional development opportunities.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Business and IT at the secondary school level.
* Strong knowledge of the Business and IT curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
