Key Responsibilities: * Assist in planning and delivering tailored educational programs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support.

* Contribute to curriculum development.

* Collaborate with teachers and support staff.
Requirements: * HLTA qualification or equivalent.
* Experience with SEMH students.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
