Job Description:
We are looking for a Chemical Process Operator to join my well established client.
The role involves:
* Complying with IPPC, COMAH, and other regulatory obligations.
* Understanding the basis of safety and safe operating limits for site processes and safety-critical tasks.
* Ensuring finished goods are of the highest quality.
* Understanding factors affecting product quality and adjusting operating conditions within specified guidelines to achieve product quality specifications.
* Completing documentation and records to quality standards.
* Actively participating in continuous improvements and workgroups.
* Operating processes in full accordance with SOPs/COPs.
* Operating processes according to the issued plan/schedule.
Skills and Qualifications
* Must be computer literate.
* Level 2 functional skills (Maths / English).
* FLT license (Counterbalance).
* Ideally, experience within a Chemical processing environment.
Desirable:
* PSMO training.
* NVQ level 3 Process Operators qualification (or equivalent).
