DevOps Engineer – SC Cleared – Remote – Outside IR35
I am currently working with a fantastic MSP who are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a team who build, deploy, maintain systems and offer cloud solutions for a UK Government client. You will be working alongside application engineers and a wider team of DevOps engineers to ensure platforms are supported and maintained through upgrades, migrations and developments.
Contract details;
* 6m initial contract
* Remote working
* Outside IR35
* SC cleared
Technical ability/background must include;
* 2yrs+ Strong Azure cloud experience
* 2yrs+ Strong AKS/Kubernetes experience
* Experience in Docker orchestration and Docker containerisation using Kubernetes and knowledge and awareness of Kubernetes such as storage (PV), networking (services, endpoints, DNS)
Duties will include (but not limited to);
* Installing, deploying, configuring, recommending improvement and maintaining the docker/Kubernetes cluster itself through deployment pipelines and automation.
* Liaise with client technical and business teams as needed to ensure an effective solution is implemented
* Continual improvement of service to end clients
* Possible on-call as part of rotation
* Creating and managing production scale Kubernetes clusters
