Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Machine Operator based in Newark, NG23.
Machine Operator Benefits:

* Location: Newark, NG23
* Pay: £12 per hour
* Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm
* Contract: Temp ongoing possibility of temp to perm
* On site parking
Machine Operator Duties:
* Working in factory operating machinery - full training will be provided.
* Working within a large production environment.
* Supporting Production Lines and working as a team ensuring deadlines are being met
* Lifting and manual handling required.
* Loading material into hopper
* Perform routine maintenance such as morning walk round checks on equipment used, and; reporting any damage/faults to management
* Grease shovel and other plant as part of maintenance checks
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment
* General cleaning up of the yard
Machine Operator Criteria:

* FLT licence preferred but not essential (in house will be considered)
* Willingness to do a duel role in the factory operating machinery as well as yard work
* Previous experience as a machine operative preferred but not essential
* Must have a good work ethic and be hard working
* Professional and effective communication skills with colleagues
* Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems
* Reliable, excellent attendance and timekeeping
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Flexible with the role and duties
* Excellent attention to detail
* Can work in a team and independently
* Excellent understanding and daily practice of health and safety at work
