Job Description:
My client is an award winning, widely known firm with offices across the nation. They are currently looking to hire a Head of Department for Post Completions in their Altrincham office.
The role & duties: * Overall responsibility of the whole Post Completions department (Leading, mentoring & managing)
* Oversee the post completion process, ensuring all tasks are delivered accurately and continuously evaluating and improving the process t enhance efficiency
* Building and maintaining relationships with; lenders, local authorities and other third parties
* Manage all communications with the Land Registry
* & more when required!
