Job Description:
Role: Experienced SEND Tutor
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEND Tutor to provide tuition in the Rawtenstall area. This opportunity involves working with a student and the focus will be on supporting the student in English, Science and Maths.
Details of the Position:
* Location: Rawtenstall library
* Hours: 2 hours each day, Monday to Friday, this will be increased to 3 hours after induction.
* Subjects: English, Maths and Science and IT.
* Pay Rate: £30 - £35 per hour
* Student has Autism and is in Year 10.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored tuition sessions to meet the specific needs of the student.
- Collaborate with parents and other educational professionals to track the student’s progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience working with SEND students.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
