We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager within the HVAC industry. The primary responsibility for this role will be to manage on average between 3-5 projects to end to end including planning, management, coordinator and financial control. The ideal candidate will have plumbing experience.
Key responsibilities for a Project Manager
* Support sales team during pre-contract phase giving technical support / advise
* Full ownership of projects
* Plan and source labour, materials, equipment etc.
* Manage costs
* Source contractors and subcontractors
* Produce and manage risk assessments
* Ensure everything is compliant with quality standards
* Update systems with all relevant information
* Costing additional works and recording extras
Key skills for a Project Manager
* Plumbing exp - essential
* Driving license required
* Organised

* Team work and leadership skills
* Problem solving skills
Our client is based in Bedfordshire but has work all over the UK with lots of their projects in and around London.
A role which gives you complete autonomy running projects end to end.
