Customer Service Support

Hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7am - 6pm 
Payrate: £11.44ph
Location: Coleshill

The key responsibilities within the role: -  
* Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA’s
* Working with a large number of clients and logging orders
* Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients
* Working within agreed timescales
* Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries
* Daily communication with established customers by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to customer issues

We are looking for: -
* Candidates who must have strong communication skills, be computer confident (Microsoft Office Suite & Excel)
* Have the drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines - Possess a strong work ethic and want to become part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
* Experience in a Customer service (face to face & office based)
