We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school in Brent. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with early years children, demonstrating a passion for fostering a creative and nurturing learning environment.
Day to day of the role: * Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages children to enjoy learning.
* Assess and record each child’s progress, ensuring that each child progresses academically and socially.
* Engage with parents and guardians to support the children’s learning and development.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and apply it effectively in the classroom.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching practice and contribute to the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience as an Early Years Teacher.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
