Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist teachers in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons.
* Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them overcome learning barriers.
* Work with small groups to facilitate learning and discussion.
* Support the creation of a positive learning environment within the classroom.
* Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
* Engage with students to foster a passion for learning.
* Participate in school activities and professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* University Degree.
* Previous experience working in education is desirable but not essential.
* A passion for supporting students and contributing to their academic and personal growth.
