Communication Support Worker

Annual Salary: £25-33 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Communication Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of BSL Level 3 and be passionate about facilitating effective communication for all individuals.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide communication support to individuals using British Sign Language (BSL).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote an inclusive environment.
* Adapt communication methods to suit the needs of different individuals.
* Assist in the development of communication strategies within the organisation.
* Support the delivery of training and awareness sessions related to BSL and communication support.
* Maintain professional knowledge and skills in BSL and communication support techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* BSL Level 3 qualification as a minimum.
* Experience in a communication support role is desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to professional development in the field of communication support.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service users.
