Hello, I’m Rob Addy from CRA Consulting. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide essential holiday cover for a well-regarded firm of solicitors in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in residential conveyancing to join a dynamic and supportive team for a short-term assignment.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other relevant documentation.
* Conducting searches, checking title documents, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
* Providing high-quality, client-focused service and maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation.
Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and current property law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your caseload.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
