Are you an experienced Management Accountant seeking a role in a growing commercial organisation?
Reed Accountancy in Oxford are partnered exclusively with a leading Hospitality brand as they continue to grow their existing Finance function. Based on beautiful grounds in West Oxfordshire, this growing business is recruiting a new Management Accountant to their small, friendly Finance team on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum (based on experience, with a higher discretionary range for the right candidate), 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service), pension, life assurance, free travel pass, health cash plan, free meals onsite, staff rates on group locations, and retail discounts. The role is primarily based in the office. 
Working alongside one other Management Accountant you will be responsible for Month End schedules with a focus on budgets, forecasts, ROI, and will thus have strong management accounting skills with a commercial head on your shoulders.
You will be working closely with a relatively new but enthusiastic and skilled team, partnering closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Director, to collaboratively improve processes, instil efficient and commercial practices, and contribute to renewed stability in the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:
* Full monthly management accounts and data analysis
* Financial Reporting, Annual Budget preparation,
* Departmental performance review and analysis
* Monthly overheads analysis, accruals, and prepayments,
* Balance sheet reconciliation, Bank reconciliations
* Monthly forecasts and cashflows
* Financial planning and analysis to support commercial decisions and improvements
You will be a part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with extensive experience within a commercial role. You will be part of a small, but growing finance function, so you will need to be a strong communicator and team player as well as being able to take initiative and ownership within your work. You will have extensive Excel experience and ideally be proficient on a range of systems. Experience improving and implementing procedures would be a big bonus. This role is primarily office based (for now) so access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
