Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is delighted to have partnered with a reputable employer in the heart of West Sussex in the appointment of an interim Finance Assistant, for an on-going temporary assignment starting ASAP.
The Interim Finance Assistant will play a crucial role in the finance team and will oversee all aspects of accounts receivable. This is an on-going temporary assignment and will be assessed as per business needs.
Hourly rate: £14ph - £15ph + Holiday pay
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Location: West Sussex
Duties include:
* Generate sales invoices for clients
* Maintain sales ledger transactions, ensuring all calculations are correct and allocated
* Maintain customer accounts / manage in-bound queries relating to invoices
* Payment processing
* Assisting with credit control
* Reconcile the sales ledger
* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies relating to sales ledger invoices
Skills and experience include:
* Transactional finance exposure - specifically AR processes
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-starter and excellent communication skills
