Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of audit and accountancy clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
* Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
* Reviewing financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
* Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive client solutions.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
* Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
* Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
