Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is delighted to have partnered with continuously growing organisation in the heart and centre of Royston in the appointment of a Junior Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller.
We are seeking a detailed-orientated Credit Controller to join our client on a Full Time, permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all debt collection activity in Royston ensuring timely payments and maintaining the sales ledger.
Salary: £21K - £25K per annum
Location: Royston
Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller responsibilities include:
* Preparation of monthly direct debit collection files
* Processing journal adjustments
* Preparing weekly/daily debtor reporting
* Responding to billing related queries
* Making recommendations for bad debt provisions
* Active debt collection
* Preparing weekly reconciliations
Skills & experience:
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience within a sales ledger / accounts receivable / credit control
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
