Duties as a Marketing Manager:
* Devising marketing strategies and plans
* Creating engaging content via various channels
* Managing social media content and marketing campaigns
* Increasing brand visibility
* Overseeing and managing a team and projects
* Building relationships and identifying opportunities
* Public relations and providing updates
* Using various platforms and updating company systems
* Performance analysis and devising reports
* Coordinating marketing activities including video and photoshoots
* Executing the marketing and business objectives
* Developing a strong industry insight
* General ad-hoc marketing managerial responsibilities
 
What we are looking for:
* Relevant degree or qualifications in Marketing
* Demonstrated experience within a Marketing Managerial position
* Experience within estate agency and/or professional services (desirable)
* Strong communication skills on all levels
* Experience overseeing a team and objectives
* The ability to manage a varied workload
* Can work in a fast-paced position and execute strategies and plans
* A desire to learn further within the industry and maintain knowledge within that field
 
To be successful as a Marketing Manager you will have excellent coordination and organisational skills, with a creative nature and mindset. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience, plus an excellent company benefit package, working Monday to Friday.
