Financial Controller | Oxfordshire | £80 000 - £120 000
As the Financial Controller you will report directly to the CFO and be part of a small team delivering the financial support necessary to deliver the organisations ambitious growth plans. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a private equity-backed group.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
* Independent, proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities
* Demonstrated leadership skills, able to direct the team and take a hands-on approach when necessary

* Takes control and exercises leadership, initiates action and takes accountability

Experience and Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with an excellent exam record
* 5-7 year PQE (top 4 firm)
* Demonstrated experience at the Head of Finance/Financial Controller level
* Strong foundation in technical accounting and a thorough understanding of UK GAAP
* Previous experience with system and process improvements
