Interviews are set to take place W/C 3rd of June.




Reporting into the Head of Building Control you will be responsible for Building Control for a Local Authority.


About the Senior Building Control Surveyor role:

Able to carry out a full range of duties within Building Control
Responsible for the delivering of a cost effective and Customer focused services, using strong negotiation skills
Generate new work and income for the Local Authority
Inspect work, tests if fittings and materials and write regular reports


Your previous experience as a Senior Building Control Surveyor:

LABC experience
3 years of Building Control experience within a Local Authority
Building Control is preferred but you could you working towards BSR (Class 2)
Expert knowledge of Building Control and Regulations.
