We are actively looking for an M&E Team Leader to join a housing association in the Shropshire area on a permanent basis. As the M&E Team Leader, you will be:

* Working with senior management to ensure all M&E works are in line with current building and compliance regulations
* Carry out inspections of work being completed on site, monitoring the progress and quality of the work
* Produce site instruction orders during the completion of the M&E works ensuring that all work is in line with budgets

Experience / Qualifications:

* M&E background
* Knowledge and understanding of Gas and Electric
* Social housing is desirable but not essential
* Gas / Electrical qualifications
* Building construction experience
