Job Description:
Maintenance Engineer – Electrically biased | Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire – Rural Area | Full Time | 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday | Overtime Available | £44,200

Joining their dedicated maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of their electrical installations, ensuring they meet stringent standards and regulations. Your role will involve both planned and reactive maintenance, alongside supporting general maintenance tasks across their site.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in supporting general and electrical maintenance
* City and Guilds 2391 certification, conversant with the 18th edition
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification (minimum requirement)
Person Specification:
* A team player with a collaborative mindset
* Resourceful, driven, with a can-do attitude
* Highly motivated, and capable of working independently
* Excellent workload management and prioritisation skills
* Committed to delivering quality workmanship and ensuring safety standards
* Professional integrity and strong interpersonal skills
What will your role look like?
* Efficiently maintain and repair electrical plant and equipment
* Conduct diagnostic and fault-finding procedures
* Keep meticulous records of planned and preventative maintenance
* Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns, resolving issues efficiently
* Perform routine inspections to identify faults and hazards
Health and Safety:
As a key member of the team, you’ll champion health and safety standards across all electrical systems. Your vigilance and proactive approach will ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues. Regular attendance at Health and Safety committee meetings will be part of your role.
