Day to day role
* Preparing bundles
* Liaising with clients over telephone and emails
* Drafting letters
* Amending documents
* Attending hearings
* Potentially going to court with Solicitor
* Conducting legal research
* Advising clients on the law
Preferred requirements
* At least 1 years experience working within family law
* Law Degree
* Undertaking Masters / completed – ideal but not essential
* Have worked within a law firm
