Job Description:
Reed Legal are excited to be recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor on the behalf of a friendly, flexible Legal Practice based near Romford.
Daily role…
* Advise clients on the property buying and selling process.
* Research who legally owns land and property.
* Conduct searches with local authorities for things that might affect a sale.
* Draft sale contracts.
* Talk to mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors.
* Check financial records.
* Examine property titles.
Experienced required…
* Must be a qualified Solicitor and have experience within Residential Conveyancing
