Credit Controller, Frimley, OTE to £34k * Salary: £30k - £31k + Bonus (up to £34k OTE)

We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our client’s finance team. This role is office-based and offers a competitive salary with a performance-related bonus. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for maintaining robust credit control across different parts of the business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing debt collection efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role: * Collect debt due from customers for companies in the group as directed by the Head of Finance.
* Respond to customer queries and liaise with other departments to provide continuous high-level support, maintaining complete customer satisfaction and timely cash collection.
* Liaise closely with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed as required.
* Use Xero for processing and allocation of cash receipts.
* Maintain contact information for all purchase ledger contacts with customers using the job management system.
* Develop and maintain daily reporting systems for cash and collections.
* Maintain the highest level of accuracy with regards to data entry and financial processing.
* Carry out other tasks as required for the smooth operation and development of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
* Technically competent with a strong track record in credit control.
* Highly accurate, reliable, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Experience with financial software, preferably Xero.
