Fed Finance is a dedicated recruitment firm which specialises in Accountancy & Corporate Finance roles.
Our client, a manufacturing SME is looking for a Payroll & Finance Assistant. It’s a 20/30 minutes-ride from Truro.

* Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information : weekly and monthly
* Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
* Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct approval procedure
* Managing Accounts mailboxes
* Managing allocated AP accounts, adhering to all related policies and compliance measures
* Processing non-purchase order and purchase order invoices for payments (including foreign currencies)
* Performing account reconciliations
* Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
* Producing monthly financial and management reports
* Producing weekly reporting and support the Head of Finance with monthly reporting
* AAT qualified
* BSc in Accountancy & Finance
* 3 years + of relevant accounts and/or payroll experience
* Knowledge of EXCEL + exposure to POWER BI or dashboards
