The ideal candidate will:
? Devote themselves to ensuring every autistic student receives the care and support they need
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, aligning with various teaching styles and effectively responding to a range of behaviors exhibited by students with autism
Communicate effectively to build strong relationships with teachers and establish a trusting connection with autistic students. Emotional intelligence is crucial for positive interactions in the educational setting
Remain calm, patient, and understanding; recognizing that classrooms can be overwhelming environments, it’s vital to take a deep breath and accurately assess the support required, managing situations with composure ???
A candidate ’Must Have’:
Possess an enhanced DBS or be willing to undertake one (we can assist with this!)
Have eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided)
?? Display a willingness or ability to work with children with additional emotional needs, particularly those with autism
Experience is preferred but not mandatory!
