Job Title: Catering Assistant
Hours: 30 hours rota (must be flexible, some early mornings, late evenings and some weekends)
Location: Romford (Driver essential due to location)
Salary: £22,800

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and plate delicious meals, including salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
* Ensure workstations are set up for meal service.
* Assist in the preparation of patient meal trays.
* Serve meals to patients, staff, and special function guests with utmost professionalism.
* Receive food deliveries and monitor temperatures.
* Support Chefs with food preparation as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness of premises, including equipment and utensils.
* Replenish vending and coffee machines.
* Adhere to food safety guidelines and complete necessary paperwork.
Requirements
* Recent catering experience within the last 3 years.
* Willingness to undergo training in food hygiene and equipment operation.
* Professional and caring demeanour
* MUST DRIVE
