Zeal Recruitment are working with a well-known Civil Engineering business who are looking for a gang of up to 5 workers to start ASAP.

As the Ganger you are responsible for the whole gang, which includes the following:

• Coordinating and supervising work within your own team
• Ensuring work is carried out safely
• Briefing method statements to the gang
• Checking plant and equipment
• Maintaining tools
• Lead by example to others on the site
• Communicate effectively with the site supervisor
• Discuss any changes to method statements

As the Ganger you will need:

• Own VAN
• NPORS or CPCS tickets and in date
• H&S awareness
• Highways Passport
• Safety Critical Medical
• EUSR - only 1 in the gang needs this
• Roller
