Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a well-established and dynamic company based in Romsey. This is a very busy and proactive position that involves regular liaison with directors, clients, consultants, and internal departments to provide exceptional administrative support.

Main Duties:
* Inbox Management: Daily oversight of the Directors’ emails, ensuring they are well-informed
* Diary Management: Organize and maintain the Directors’ diaries, schedule appointments, and prepare/co-ordinate meeting information
* Travel Arrangements: Plan and arrange travel itineraries and accommodation for the Directors
* Meeting Organization: Organize business meetings and produce relevant documentation, ensuring project files are up to date
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office administration team and instruct members of staff on behalf of the directors
* Documentation Analysis: Analyze relevant documentation and report key elements to the Directors
* Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
Key Attributes:
* Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to Directors or Senior Managers
* Flexibility: Highly flexible with the ability to undertake both business and personal tasks
* Technical Skills: Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrating accurate typing
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong administrative skills
* Organization: Highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses a positive can-do attitude
* Professionalism: Professional manner with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and confident in taking initiative
