Role Overview:
We need a Teaching Assistant for our partner schools in East Grinstead. This full-time(8:30am - 3:30pm) position supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers to create a dynamic learning environment.
Duties:
* Assist in lesson planning and delivery
* Support students individually or in small groups
* Foster a positive classroom environment
* Prepare learning materials
* Monitor and report on progress
* Build relationships with students, staff, and parents
Qualifications:
* Passion for working with children
* Experience in an educational setting
* Strong communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
