We are looking for a Asbestos Surveyor to join an well-established local authority in the Birmingham area on a Permanent basis. In return you will receive vand and fuel card, works tablet, hybrid working as well as other great benefits.

As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:

* Carrying out the asbestos surveys for social housing properties across Birmingham,
* Undertake minor repairs following on from the surveys completed
* Documenting the findings to a data base via a tablet provided

Asbestos Surveyor requirements:

* P402 is essential
* Surveying experience
* IT literate with data base and documentation
* Social Housing experience
* Qualification in quantity surveying
* Demonstrates professionalism, dedication, and keep to deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills, including effective workload planning and prioritisation
