Job Description:
Do you want to work for a family business whose main priorities are looking after their staff?
A position has become available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work in the Accounts department for a company based in Cradley Heath.
The main duties will be: *  Preparing and processing sales invoices for multiple companies
*  Inputting & scanning invoices on to Dynamics and sending them for approval through a workflow system
*  Opening new accounts and confirming bank details
*  Reconciling customer accounts
*  Dealing with general enquiries from customers
*  Checking and controlling daily e-mails
* Data entry of purchase invoices onto a bespoke system
* Checking self-bill invoices and arranging a weekly bacs payment for them

The successful candidate will have the following skills: *  Highly proficient in the use of MS Office especially excel and word.
*  Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*  Highly proactive, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment due to the high volume of invoices

The role is Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm plus holidays plus company pension and car parking is available on site.
