Are you passionate about cars and have a knack for customer service? We’re looking for a Car Parts Advisor to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping customers find the perfect spare parts for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
* Product Knowledge: Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of our range of spare parts and accessories.
* Sales & Advice: Assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs, upsell additional products, and offer expert advice.
* Stock Management: Handle inventory, including checking stock levels, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory counts.
* Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders and handle transactions accurately.
Essential skills and experience: * Experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars and mechanics.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills for order processing and stock management.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers.
