Job Description:
Pertemps are seeking motivated individuals to ensure that all letters and packages reach their destinations on time for Christmas.

Be part of a dynamic team at our busy Parcelforce distribution center. With various shifts available, you’ll find a schedule that works for you, but please note, full availability during the holiday season is essential as we have a lot to accomplish.
As a Warehouse Sorter, your responsibilities will include:
*Loading and Unloading: Carefully handle and move large parcels from vehicles.
*Machine Operation: Work as part of a team to operate the parcel sort machine, contributing to efficient processing.
*Task Flexibility: Switch between tasks as needed to support the distribution process.
*Physical Tasks: Lift and carry items up to 30kg (about 32 bags of sugar) and assist in pushing heavier loads up to 250kg.
*Endurance: Stand for extended periods throughout your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
*Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
*Physical capability to handle heavy items.
*Previous experience in warehouse or sorting roles is a plus (particularly with companies like Amazon, DPD, DHL, or XPO).
*Excellent organizational skills.
*A positive, self-motivated attitude.
*A strong team player.
Pay Rates:
*Minimum: £14.09 per hour
*Maximum: £20.29 per hour
Shift Patterns:
*Day Shift: 07:45 to 15:30
*Late Shift: 16:30 to 00:30
*Night Shift: 20:00 to 04:00
