Long Term Futures is seeking a committed and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join the support team at a vibrant high school in Wembley. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing the learning experience for secondary school students.

About You:
*Previous experience working as an LSA or within a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
*A good understanding of supporting SEND students is essential.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
*A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
