• Applications are sought Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• You will join a dynamic and high-achieving team, where you will engage directly with clients in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload, to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership transactions, and transfers of equity.
• The successful solicitor will benefit from being supported by an assistant, team secretary and the residential team.
