Job Description:
Logistics People are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Location: Minworth, B76 9EH
Working Hours:
*Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 Shifts Available
Pay Rate: £13.07 P/hr
As an Accounts Assistant your role will consist of various duties but not limited to:
*Checking the accuracy of purchase invoices
*Update of purchase order logs
*Preparation of weekly costings
*Reconcile of 3rd party volume data
*Track and identify the discrepancies in the data provided

*Have excellent problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills
*Be able to make decisions under pressure and to a tight timescale
*Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year
*Be able to communicate well at all levels within the business
*PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
