Nursery Nurse *Location: Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow 
*Temporary full time or part time
*Hourly Pay: £12.82 per hour - £14.50 (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are looking for dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join our team on a temporary basis. This role requires a passionate individual who holds a minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare. 
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide high-quality childcare and early education by engaging with children in a range of educational activities.
*Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
*Develop and implement daily routines that meet the emotional, social, and physical needs of the children.
*Observe and record children’s growth, development, and behaviour using electronic and paper records.
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children’s day and developmental progress.
*Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures within the nursery setting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or above (not health and social care qualification)
*Experience in a nursery setting is preferred but not essential.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ability to implement its standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work flexibly within a team and adapt to the dynamic needs of young children.
