The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to deliver excellent service to customers by supporting them with queries over the phone and email.
What will your day look like?
*Providing support to customers over the phone
*Building relationships with customers communicating in a helpful and polite manner
*Meet team and personal targets
*Keep up to speed with product knowledge and services
*Provide back-office support when required
What experience do you need?
*Experience working in a customer service role within an office environment
*High volume call experience is desirable
*Previously worked in financial services or a similar regulated environment
