Owen Daniels are seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead a small Customer Services Department. This role requires extensive experience in account management, order processing, and shipping.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the business’s overall strategy. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with internal teams and international customers. You will also drive improvements in department efficiency during a period of significant change.

Key requirements for the Customer Service Manager:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*In-depth knowledge of export regulations, duties, and Incoterms post-Brexit
*Extensive experience in customer service management within manufacturing
*A Level 5 qualification in a Business-related discipline
*IATA and IMDG certification
*At least 5 years in a customer service and shipping export role
*Experience in handling dangerous/high hazardous goods
