REED is delighted to be further assisting an expanding, innovative technology business in the Antrim area, in the appointment of a full-time VP of Procurement for a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role
This role presents an exciting opportunity to introduce good practice and evolve procurement and supplier management within a fast-paced global business. Our client seeks to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who engages stakeholders to understand needs.  Someone who is focused on securing the right supplier to deliver against those outcomes at a competitive price and with a good level of service throughout the lifecycle of the supplier.  This is a dynamic environment, and the VP of Procurement will be delivering service across the global footprint.  Key areas of responsibilities are listed below, and more information is available from Laurence at Reed Belfast.

Essential Criteria
*At least 3+ years of experience managing procurement in a global setting
*Experience setting up a procurement function
*Experience of procurement over a range of categories including Tech and Marketing
*3+ years of direct leadership experience
*Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable: CIPS Accreditation
